Despite a few minor inconveniences, like low shower pressure and a bright TV light at night, I found the hotel to be a great value for the price. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Nicky, were excellent - friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Botanical Gardens, which I visited and loved. Getting to the city center was super easy with convenient transportation options. The room was spacious, clean, and had a recently refurbished bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and filling.

The location of this hotel is incredible! It's situated right across the road from the beautiful Botanic Gardens, and even better, it's centrally located between two bus stations. Plus, if you're driving, there's a car park at the rear. It's so convenient being in the center of the city and having easy access to transportation options.
